When a board sustains damage in the middle of a laminate floor you have two options for replacing it.
Repair laminate plank flooring.
Clean the flooring with the solvent and let it dry.
If you do not want to pay a contractor to repair the floor than you might be able to do the repair yourself.
Clean off any excess with solvent.
If your kit comes with ingredients that should be mixed together to form a putty or other filler follow the manufacturer s instructions.
One is to disassemble the floor down to the damaged board replace the board and reassemble.
To repair damaged laminate planks start with drilling a hole on each corner of the damaged laminate plank.
Laminate flooring is a great flooring choice because it is fairly easy to disassemble make a repair and reassemble once the repair is complete.
To fix minor damage all you need is a laminate floor repair kit with putty to fix big chips or a floor repair marker to hide small scratches.
