The baking soda acts as a scouring powder to lift and remove the remaining mold spores from your windows. Scrub mold off hard surfaces such as window sills and tile with detergent and water and dry completely with a rag. Tea tree oil is the best treatment for killing and tackling mold on window sills unfortunately it is the most expensive option too. Mix 1 4 to 1 2 cup bleach in a gallon of water. However it s a very mild disinfectant and in some cases it might not be strong enough to completely remove the mold.

Rinse the sponge or brush in the bucket as needed. Spray a thin even application of concrobium mold control on wood or vinyl window treatments. Mold is notoriously difficult to destroy. After pouring some into an empty spray bottle gently squirt it onto your vinyl.
